Concept drawings and preliminary site investigation (Deducted from your first contract deposit)

Includes:
➔ Site inspection of my property (site levels, building location, services etc.)
➔ Investigate any Council or Covenant requirements
➔ Set of Landscape Concept Design Plans including Site Plan, Hardscape Plan, Softscape Plan
➔ Mood Board and Indicative Images
➔ Detailed Specification Sheet
➔ Name ‘pencilled in’ on the build schedule
➔ Detailed assessment of project costs (Note: Some costs may be dependent on consent, actual site conditions at time of construction)

I/we accept this proposal for Northscape to provide design services as detailed above and agree to pay the amount of $2000.

I/we understand the cost outlined above is payable prior to the work commencing and will be deducted from the first contract deposit.

I/we understand that upon acceptance of this agreement being signed, and work has commenced this amount is non-refundable.

I/we understand that whilst the initial concepts are being drafted, we can make up to 3 changes. You’ll have opportunity to a maximum of three versions of concept plans before incurring any additional design cost. Additional design changes over and above this allowance will incur a fee of $300 per version, and is payable within 5 working days of the invoiced date.
