Landscape Architect

We are looking for a Landscape Architect to take on a variety of small and sometimes unexciting jobs, alongside the big and exciting ones.

You will have to be a master multi-tasker who can roll with the punches, think on your feet and juggle priorities and have an upbeat, lend a hand, get it done attitude!

Being a small but fast growing company we require you to fill many hats that includes a:
● Willingness to work in a busy and growing design/build or projects based environment
● Possesses strong administration skills
● Can lead with tenacity, drive and a sense of humour!
● Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Has an aptitude to manage and influence behaviours and efficiencies of other team members
● Is computer literate and is experienced using Google G-Suite (gmail, docs, sheets, etc)
● Is familiar with accounts process and project data entry
● Solutions based problem solver and deal with customer questions and concerns.
● Is a strong team player who can work strategically with the company owners and senior staff to
achieve great outcomes for our clients.
● Creative and collaborative landscape architecture and designs.
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Eager to perform and succeed.

A typical day would involve:
1. Creating and designing beautiful landscapes throughout Northland, New Zealand
2. Supporting Northscape’s teams on the ground with landscape and construction drawings/planting
plans etc
3. Answering/Responding to the Phone/Webforms/Emails
4. Accounts and Project based data entry/Processing
5. Landscape Leads/Sales Pipeline Management/Follow Up
6. Book/Manage/Perform Site Visits/Appointments
7. Support our teams executing projects with Materials/Products ordering/deliveries
8. Client Management

– www.vectorworks.com | CAD Program

Location And Hours:

Location: Kaitaia, Far North, New Zealand

Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
