With this property located on steep coastal land, the family wanted a lawn for the children/guests to play on and a level entry deck to create indoor/outdoor flow.
Northscape designed and installed engineered retaining and garden walls, and created a large lawn area. To complete the property, the team created exposed and sealed aggregate steppers with decorative pebble infill. A path to the AirBNB units and coastal hardy plantings were added to bring the gardens to life.
